We believe in teaching our clients the 3 basic elements to an effective, long term fitness program: Cardio, Weight Training, and Nutrition. Our personal training program will equip you with the skills you need to ensure long term success and independence.

Our Programs/Prices
- 1x/week program
- You will meet once a week with your personal trainer. You will follow your workout regimen on the days you are not with your trainer. Programs also include meal plans and supplement suggestions.
- Pricing:
- 30 minute sessions - $160/month
- 60 minute sessions - $280/month
- 2x/week program
- You will meet twice a week with your personal trainer. You will follow your workout regimen on the days you are not with your trainer. Programs also include meal plans and supplement suggestions.
- Pricing:
- 30 minute sessions - $280/month
- 60 minute sessions - $480/month
- 3x/week program
- You will meet three time a week with your personal trainer. You will follow your workout regimen on the days you are not with your trainer. Programs also include meal plans and supplement suggestions.
- Pricing:
- 30 minute sessions - $360/month
- 60 minute sessions -$600/month
- 4x/week program
- You will meet four times a week with your personal trainer. You will follow your workout regimen on the days you are not with your trainer. Programs also include meal plans and supplement suggestions.
- Pricing:
- 30 minute sessions - $400/month
- 60 minute sessions - $640/month
- 16 week Transformation program
- Transform your body in 16 weeks (4 months) with meal plans and workouts created specifically for you. During the 16 weeks, you will meet with your trainer two times per week, and follow your workout program on the opposite days. Sessions are 30 minutes, not including cardio.

- $960 Paid in Full OR
- $240/month for 4 months
