CONTEST PREP

Become a part of our winning team with one of top and most successful contest prep coaches in North Carolina. We have produced several IFBB professional athletes and countless overall titles on the NPC level. We specialize in bikini, wellness, men and women's physique, and figure divisions. Our athletes compete in the NPC/IFBB organizations as well as some of the all-natural organizations. Our athletes are from all over the country and we are stille expanding. Our coaches will provide you with guidance on nutrition, workouts and supplementation. Whether this is your first show or your 100th show, we will guide you every step of the way and make a champion out of you!

What to expect

  • Local and out-of-state athletes have 8 meetings a month with their coach for questions and progress reports.
  • Weekly progress photos are required to ensure that your coach can make the appropriate changes to your program.
  • Personal training is not included; however, if needed, we will provide you with a customized workout regimen that we will adjust, based on the progress in your progress photos.
  • Customized meal plans and supplementation suggestions will be provided and adjusted based on the progress photos.
  • Join a team of athletes who will provide encourgement and support during this process.
  • Bi-weekly posing sessions included

Pricing

$2400 Paid in Full for the year OR $200/month
Pricing includes in-season and post-season guidance to ensure stabilized hormones and metabolic processes.
