MEET THE OWNER
Terry Davis is the owner and founder of Hard Body Fitness Personal Training Group and the co-founder of Megaflex Gym. Terry used to weigh over 300lbs and had to take insulin shots, daily, to control his type II diabetes. Several members of his immediate family have passed away due to complications associated with diabetes and heart disease (as a result of poor eating habits and lack of physical activity). He made the decision to make a lifestyle change and lost over 100lbs. He no longer needs to take insulin and developed a passion to help others achieve their health and fitness goals as a well. In addition to lifestyle changes, he developed a love for power lifting and bodybuilding and the science behind each sport. Terry has mastered the art of manipulating the body and has become the trainer to elite trainers, the trainer to other coaches, he trains professional athletes, amateur athletes, stay at home moms, weekend warriors and those wanting to improve their current health conditions.
