Cardio

All of our personal training session include cardio training in addition to weight training and nutrition. By following our regimented exercises, you will improve your heart’s health and overall physical stamina. These exercises are based on each person’s level of fitness and involves several exercises, like plyometric training, the bike, the elliptical, the treadmill and the StairMaster™ machines. We will make sure every workout is exciting!
